Once you have completed your order on my website please send a copy of the photo that you would like to be included to me at contact@heartandhome-gifts.co.uk including your name and order number in the subject field (your order number will be received in your order confirmation e-mail which will be sent to the address that you enter when making payment). 

 

You will then receive a further e-mail to confirm receipt of your photo along with the dispatch date.
