Your picture will arrive in a luxury mount and backboard packaged in a plastic sleeve, the dimensions given are the exact measurement of the frame size that you would need. The frame is not included.

Once you have completed your order on my website please send a copy of the photo that you would like to be included to me at contact@heartandhome-gifts.co.uk including your name and order number in the subject field (your order number will be received in your order confirmation e-mail which will be sent to the address that you enter when making payment). 

You will then receive a further e-mail to confirm receipt of your photo along with the dispatch date.
